Performance Upgrade for all 50cc 2-stroke engines. Fast Flow brand Aftermarket 21mm complete carburetor is high quality and will bolt up to all Ponini engines.
Float bowl with special main jet access. Change main jet quick & easy while not having to remove carb from bike or removing all the little float bowl screws. Thread on carb top cap allows changing needle or slide without removing carb from bike, making jet changes faster & easier.
Made to the same size in scale to adapt to most all 50cc 2-stroke dirt bikes. For example the Polini X1, X3, or X5 and many other brands could benefit from adapting this larger carb for more POWER.
If your bike has a 19mm Dellorto carb this is a direct replacement and will bolt right on easy. It will use the same throttle cable and intake flange. the rear of this carb has threaded end for allow for small or bigger (polini) style air filter and air boxes.
Awesome bolt-on power gain to replace any bike that was equipped with Dellorto 19MM or 14MM carbs! This carb has a Dellorto brand main jet and pilot jet. These Dellorto brand jets are made in Italy and can be found at many dealers around the USA. Other features include an adjustable air, idle screw and adjustable needle.

1/4 Turn Throttle Assembly & Throttle Cable
This throttle is a special high performance part made to the same spec, size, performance and design as "cobra" "Polini" "Lem" 1/4 throttle assemblies.
Includes: 1/4 throttle tube, 1/4 throttle assembly, 1/4 throttle cable, throttle cap and grip set. Also includes a special throttle cable adjuster end, allowing you to use your old throttle cable with some slight modification.
**THIS KIT INCLUDES 1/4 Turn Throttle Assembly, and a new throttle cable designed for the 1/4 Turn Throttle.

Tools and Lubricants
This cable lube system is recommend to be done at least a few times a year on all Polini choke, throttle, front & rear brake cables.

Piston Stop Tool
Remove or install the Clutch nut or Flywheel nut with this special piston stop. This tool safely keeps the engine from turning over. This allows for the correct torque to be set on these important engine parts.
Do not use Air Impact Wrench on Clutch nut or Flywheel.
Why you ask?
It's because you will not know how tight they are. Over-tightening can strip the threads or even break the crankshaft. If the Air Wrench is too lose, the nut will fall off while the engine is running causing huge damage inside your engine.
Maxima Castor 927 Oil
This is for use on PW50's or PW80's and not intended for use in oil injection systems. When blending with alcohol it normally requires more oil. Care must be exercised when blending with low specific gravity (below 0.730) race gasoline or aviation fuels and in temperatures below 35ºF as separation may occur. Separation may also occur in alcohol containing a high percentage of nitromethane. Check before using.
Castor 927 is a unique blend of highly refined castor oil, a specially prepared synthetic and an additive system that reduces carbon and gum formation and provides excellent rust & corrosion protection. Castor 927 also contains
an exclusive additive that keeps power valves cleaner and working properly. For all of us that wish to keep our air and water cleaner, Castor 927 is biodegradable. Castor 927 keeps on lubricating; where other lubricants turn to carbon or vaporize, and provides extra protection on cylinder walls, bearing journals and other critical areas at temperatures much higher than other lubricants. Recommended Premix Ratio 50-80cc (24-32:1)
